Superwoman will be on campus today, and we are not talking about the comic book kind. Northeastern’s Delta Phi Omega sorority is proud to host Superwoman! aka Lilly Singh today at 7pm in AfterHours. Lilly Singh is a Punjabi-Canadian comic who first found fame on YouTube. Singh uses YouTube as a platform for addressing concerns that modern South Asian women have today, whether it is poking fun at the stereotypes held by Indian men or dating advice. This event is free but because it is part of their Literacy through Unity initiative, a $5 donation is encouraged at the door.
