What if you could increase wellbeing and reduce stress?  Learn about meditation or other scientifically validated strategies to reduce stress and increase wellbeing through the Northeastern Wellbeing Study conducted by The Emotions and Social Cognition Lab and Inter-disciplinary Affective Science Lab at  Northeastern. The program is part of a study that includes a free 8-week course on meditation or other wellbeing strategies. The study requires two 1-hour lab sessions with tests on cognitive ability and daily reports of emotional experience. Participants must be 18-40 years of age and may participate in summer or Fall 2013. To sign up, send an email to NEUwellbeing@gmail.com.
