Northeastern Wellbeing Study


What if you could increase wellbeing and reduce stress?  Learn about meditation or other scientifically validated strategies to reduce stress and increase wellbeing through the Northeastern Wellbeing Study conducted by The Emotions and Social Cognition Lab and Inter-disciplinary Affective Science Lab at  Northeastern. The program is part of a study that includes a free 8-week course on meditation or other wellbeing strategies. The study requires two 1-hour lab sessions with tests on cognitive ability and daily reports of emotional experience.
