Mayor of Huntington Ave. Debate & Meet the Court TONIGHT!

Homecoming Week 2013 got off to a good start yesterday with Community Service in the afternoon and trivia in the McLeod Suite at night. The festivities continue tonight with the Mayor of Huntington Avenue Debate and Meet the Homecoming Court. Here are the details straight from the Center for Student Involvement:

Tuesday, November 12th, 2013

Mayor of Huntington Avenue
6:30 p.m.  – Blackman Auditorium
The Student Alumni Association’s (SAA) Mayor of Huntington Avenue Debate is your chance to get to know your 2013 Mayor candidates. Join the SAA, fellow students, and the candidates as they “debate” the issues most important to Northeastern. You’ll finally get a firm stance on topics such as which café is best, their favorite thing to do on campus, and what Northeastern will look like in 50 years. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. so get there early to get a seat!

Meet the 2013 Homecoming Court
8:30 p.m. – Blackman Auditorium
Candidates running for 2013 Homecoming King and Queen will entertain you by competing in challenges to showcase various skills, knowledge, and school spirit to win your votes. Doors open at 8:00 p.m.!

Remember, even if you’re unable to attend these events on the Boston campus you can stream them online.
