Wanderu’s “Orphan” Thanksgiving: Nov. 28

Thanksgiving is touted as America’s most-traveled holiday. But for those of you sticking around Boston, Wanderu invites you to their “Orphan” Thanksgiving dinner. From the Eventbrite page:

We understand there are many college students that don’t and can’t go home for the long weekend nor have ever celebrated Thanksgiving. Since most restaurants and shops are closed during Thanksgiving Day, Wanderu is hosting an “Orphan” Thanksgiving at Hostelling International Boston, giving college students staying in the city an opportunity to celebrate this holiday! In addition to a complimentary feast, guests can enjoy a live stream of the NFL game, play pool, cornhole and other fun activities.

Join Boston’s other Thanksgiving “orphans” for a homecooked meal, football, and games. RSVP information is available on the Eventbrite page. Thanks so much to Sarah Elizabeth for sending me a tweet about this event! Be sure to follow her on Twitter for information about other free events in Boston.
