Northeastern’s Department of Communication Studies is proud to present a Q&A with Academy Award winning producer John Sloss. The Q&A will take place on Wednesday, February 26 from 6:00 – 7:30PM in 170 West Village F and is presented as part of Bill Lancaster’s “Business of Entertainment” Communication Studies class. Sloss has executive produced over 50 films including The Fog of War, Boys Don’t Cry, Bernie, City of Hope, Friends with Kids, A Scanner Darkly, Far From Heaven, and Before Sunrise. Through his companies Sloss Eckhouse LawCo and Cinematic Media, he has facilitated the sale and/or financing of films such as Precious, Napoleon Dynamite, The Kids Are All Right, Little Miss Sunshine, and Super Size Me.
