Seeing Red: The Truth About Pink Ribbons

BCActionOn Thursday, April 3rd at the Northeastern School of Law, Breast Cancer Action–a national watchdog education and advocacy organization will host an event called, Seeing Red: The Truth About Pink Ribbons. BCAction works to address and eliminate disparities in the breast cancer epidemic. This event is designed to introduce Boston-area audiences to BCAction’s work, and to start a dialogue about cause marketing, the commercialization of breast cancer, and other issues important to patients, advocates, and policymakers. There will be a showing of an excerpt from  hard-hitting documentary, Pink Ribbons Incfollowed by a panel discussion with experts, facilitated by WGBH’s Callie Crossley.
