ProCamps is again looking for Boston-area college students to help out at a youth event, this time run by everyone’s favorite point guard…Celtics star Isaiah Thomas!
On Saturday August 13th and Sunday August 14th, Thomas will be in Reading to help a couple dozen youngsters perfect their game. Volunteers will help out with basketball drills and will supervise games, not to mention get to hang out with Isaiah himself all day! The camp may be geared towards 10-year-olds, but that doesn’t mean you can’t pick up a few pro tips too. Maybe he’ll give you the inside scoop on how he lead the Celtics to victory over the Hawks all the way back in Game 6.
Volunteers will need to commit to helping out on both days of the camp, as well as during the afternoon on Friday, August 12th for set-up. You’ll be well fed and watered and you’ll get a ProCamps t-shirt, all for free.

Once you’re ready to volunteer, send your resume to Nia Higgins at firstname.lastname@example.org. No related experience is necessary; just a great attitude and enthusiasm for working with kids!
